Job summary

Capital City College Group is seeking a Curriculum Manager - Engineering to lead the development and delivery of high-quality engineering education across CCC's curriculum and services. You will drive teaching standards, learner experience, and collaboration across departments.

This full-time, permanent role includes line managing nine staff, shaping strategic direction, and partnering with teams to foster inclusive, innovative provision that supports student achievement and progression.

• Proven success in leading teams or departments within an educational or comparable setting.
• Deep understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance, and student achievement.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and people management skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally.
• A commitment to creating inclusive and empowering learning environments.
• A proactive, strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learner success.
• A relevant teaching qualification and leadership training (or willingness to obtain these)
