North East Surrey College of Technology is seeking a Curriculum Manager - English to lead the GCSE English curriculum and drive learner success across the college. You will oversee delivery, monitor outcomes and work with cross-college teams to raise standards.

The role requires strong leadership, safeguarding commitment and a passion for innovative, evidence-based teaching practice, with approximately 7.5 teaching hours per week on schedule.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the English curriculum (GCSE with some Functional Skills).

• Collaborate with cross-college teams to enhance quality, inclusion and progression
