Job summary

Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge invites an Engineering Coordinator to join the team. You will coordinate maintenance requests via HotSOS, raise purchase orders, process invoices, and support procurement while keeping engineering records and safety certificates up to date.

You will plan and coordinate PPM schedules, liaise with contractors and hotel departments to ensure smooth operations, and provide administrative support to the Engineering team while delivering attentive guest and

• Stakeholder management with internal and external teams.
• NVQ/City & Guilds in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety certification.
• Strong leadership, team management and project delivery.
• Problem solving with attention to detail in guest-facing operations.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Stakeholder Management: Works effectively with internal teams (Colleagues, Management, HR) and external stakeholders including
• Qualifications: NVQ or City & Guilds in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline, plus IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety certification.
• Technical Expertise: Competent in HVAC systems, BMS, FLS, and intermediate-level Microsoft Office applications.
• Leadership & Delivery: Demonstrates strong leadership, team management, and project management capabilities.
• Problem Solving & Attention to Detail: Creative, solutions-focused, and highly detail-oriented in approach. Guests, Visitors, Contractors, Suppliers, and Vendors.
