Job summary

Catalent, Inc is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to supervise contractors, ensure safety and GMP compliance, and manage maintenance and quality documentation. You will coordinate RAMS, issue permits to work, and drive continuous improvement across engineering activities.

Qualifications

• RAMS review and permits to work for maintenance activities.
• Experience in maintaining engineering records and documentation.
• Proficiency with CMMS/JDE or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise engineering contractors ensuring site safety, GMP compliance, and operations.
• Review RAMS and issue permits to work before maintenance activities.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance work orders through CMMS/JDE and update records.
• Raise and manage engineering quality records (deviations, change controls, CAPAs).
• Coordinate pest control activities and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Raise purchase orders, obtain quotes, process invoices, and support purchasing.
• Maintain engineering documentation (permits, SOPs, contractor records, service agreements).
• Liaise daily with Engineering, Production, Quality, EHS, Procurement and external suppliers.
