Job summary

The Lanesborough is inviting applications for an Engineering Coordinator to join the POMEC Team. The role supports the Head of Engineering with administrative duties and ad hoc projects, coordinating contractors and daily maintenance across departments.

Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and excellent communication are essential. You will liaise with Engineering, Housekeeping and Front Office, ensuring smooth operations and timely task execution.

Qualifications

• Previous administration or coordination experience, ideally within a hotel, engineering or facilities management environment.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Clear communication skills, confidence working across departments, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Immaculate grooming standards.

Candidate Profile

As an Engineering Coordinator you will be an exceptional team player and excellent communicator. Attention to details is essential for this role while liaising with the team, other departments and contractors.
