Job Description:

Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Senior Manager, the successful candidate will lead and support the Engineering team members and functional representatives in planning, coordination, approval, reporting, and delivery of all programme activities. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining deliverable Programme Plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the development and achievement of detailed work stream plans, analyzing and reporting progress against the plans, and collaborating with Engineers to mitigate risks to plan achievement.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in IT software packages such as SharePoint and Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal skills
• Agility to adapt to change in a fast-moving programme landscape
