Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 Basic Salary depending on experience

Car Allowance: £8,000

Annual Bonus: £6,000 to £12,000

1. Capturing M&E Assets
2. Creating Asset Registers
3. Conducting building survey reports
4. Preparing TM44 Reports
5. Managing Project Issues
6. Consulting Customers and Clients on Capex
7. Providing In Life Cycle recommendations
8. Advising Customers on external specialist engineering tenders
9. Compiling Statutory Compliance
10. Conducting on-site Surveys
11. Preparing Delap Reports
12. Preparing and interpreting Engineering Reports, drawings, layouts, etc.
13. Health and Safety compliance
