Responsibilities

• Proactively adjusting claims through to resolution.
• Ensuring adequate financial provisions are held for claims.
• Collaborating with underwriters and actuaries.
• Overseeing TPAs and service providers via reviews and meetings.
• Coordinating with panel lawyers, adjusters and experts to optimise outcomes and control costs.
