Job summary

Royal Lancaster London is seeking a passionate Engineering Coordinator to join our Engineering Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to help us deliver memorable five-star service to our guests and colleagues. You will bring positive energy to a welcoming, diverse team.

The role focuses on coordinating compliance schedules, statutory inspections and certifications, and supporting audits across three properties to maintain the high standards we are known for.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate the Engineering compliance and Diligence schedule across all three properties.
• Book, monitor and coordinate all mandatory statutory inspections, testing, servicing and certification, ensuring activities are scheduled before their due dates.
• Monitor outstanding compliance actions and ensure recommendations, defects and remedial works are followed up through to completion, escalating overdue or high-risk items to the appropriate Engineering manager.
• Coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and other periodic internal statutory and Engineering checks, ensuring completion is recorded and outstanding actions are followed up.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections and compliance reviews by coordinating required documentation, records and follow-up actions.
