Simply Recruitment Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for a permanent role in the Ashton Under Lyne area. The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background, with experience in fabrication or CNC environments advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with knowledge of CNC machining and fabrication.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals and quotations.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities for core manufacturing capabilities.
• Manage key accounts across target sectors and drive growth.
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions without fail.
• Acquire new clients through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
