Qualifications

• Minimum HNC in Engineering/IT or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver complex projects.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with safety-critical systems.
• Knowledge of ATC equipment beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers.
• Oversee major projects and ensure alignment with strategy.
