DN Colleges Group is seeking a motivated Team Leader for our Engineering Apprenticeship provision to support growing learner numbers and employer demand. You will work with the Curriculum Leader to oversee delivery, monitor performance and progress, and help drive quality improvement across the department.

The successful candidate will lead staff development, monitor attendance and achievement data, contribute to curriculum planning, and collaborate with stakeholders across the College.

• Demonstrate strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
• Are committed to continuous improvement and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Support staff development and monitor attendance and achievement data.
• Assist Curriculum Leader in curriculum planning and delivery.
