Job summary

DN Colleges Group is seeking a motivated Team Leader for our Engineering Apprenticeship provision to support growing learner numbers and employer demand. You will work with the Curriculum Leader to oversee delivery, monitor performance and progress, and help drive quality improvement across the department.

The successful candidate will lead staff development, monitor attendance and achievement data, contribute to curriculum planning, and collaborate with stakeholders across the College.

Job description

As our Engineering Apprenticeship provision continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to undertake the role of Team Leader within the department. The position has become available to support the increasing learner numbers, employer demand, and ongoing development of our apprenticeship provision.

The Team Leader role will work closely with the Curriculum Leader to support the delivery team, monitor performance and learner progress, contribute to quality improvement activities, and help ensure an outstanding learner and employer experience. Key responsibilities include supporting staff development, monitoring attendance and achievement data, contributing to curriculum planning, and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the College.
