Qualifications

• Literacy/Numeracy to Level 2 and strong numeracy skills.
• Experience with a wide range of maintenance activities and engineering environments.
• Willingness to undertake Assessor qualifications (A1, TAQA, D32) to support learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training, assessing and quality assuring work-based learning programmes.
• Contribute to growth of high-quality, employer-focused provision.
• Support learners through a range of methodologies and internal IT systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful apprenticeship outcomes.
