The program includes day-release studies at RNN Group, Rotherham, with mentoring and practical exposure across manufacturing, engineering operations, and quality processes.

As an apprentice you will learn side-by-side with experienced colleagues, gaining confidence and in-demand skills.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop practical engineering skills.
• Interest in welding and machining techniques with hands-on exposure.
• Ability to understand quality standards and maintain documentation.
