During the final year, you'll complete a Technical Certificate Level 3 Diploma and NVQ Level 3, progress toward HNC/D, and have the chance to pursue a bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 GCSEs, including English, Maths and Science.
• Strong desire to learn and develop; open to new ways of working.
• Engineering activities experience is advantageous but not necessary.
• Good IT skills; able to use Microsoft Office.
• Part-time/volunteer experience welcome and valued.

Responsibilities

• Attend day release at NDTGA College, Cwmbran for Technical Certificate Level 3 Diploma.
• Rotate through engineering teams from design to manufacture and distribution.
• Engage in broad training placements across Product Design, Process/Manufacturing, QA, NPI, and Facilities.
• Support other business functions to gain a full understanding of the organisation.
