Job summary

During the program you will learn fundamentals of mechanical and electrical engineering, pursue Level 3 Diploma and NVQ, with potential progression to HNC/D and a bachelor’s degree post-apprenticeship, while contributing to real projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English, Maths and Science.
• Strong desire to learn and adapt to new ways of working.
• Interest in engineering as a subject.
• Experience in engineering activities advantageous but not required.
• Good IT skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Attend college day release to achieve Level 3 Diploma and NVQ Level 3.
• Progress to HNC/D and potential bachelor’s degree after apprenticeship.
• Rotate through engineering teams from design to manufacture and distribution.
• Engage in Product Design, Process/Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, NPI, facilities and Equipment Engineering.
• Experience business functions such as Finance, Planning, and Supply Chain to gain broader understanding.
