The Role

They are seeking an Apprentice to join their Engineering Team at their manufacturing site in Hatfield, UK. The team focuses on developing multi-disciplined engineering skills to safely maintain and troubleshoot pharmaceutical equipment and systems.

Role Responsibilities

• Work as a multi-skilled engineering apprentice within the Manufacturing oral solid dose and Packaging facility.
• Learn and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Perform daily operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment.
• Contribute to the development of innovative technology.

Skills and Qualifications

• Genuine interest in practical engineering.
• Good technical skills and aptitude.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work hard and be a team player.
• Self-confidence and responsibility.
• Good time management and reliability.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above, including Maths, English, and Science. IT literacy is required.

Apprenticeship Details

The Level 3 Engineering apprenticeship is provided by Harlow College, lasting 4 years and 3 months, with block release for college and office days.
