We are looking for an Engineering Support Manager to join our Defence business, supporting the Royal Navy Support Portfolio at RNAS Culdrose . This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading assurance activities, driving regulatory compliance and supporting the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality engineering services.
Working closely with the RN Support Contract Manager, AESAS and IMOS Delivery Managers, engineering leaders and customer representatives, you will provide operational assurance, oversee quality and compliance activities, and support the continued development of a high-performing engineering support function.
This is a varied and influential role where you'll help shape engineering excellence, enhance operational performance and make a tangible impact on a critical Royal Navy support contract.

This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, which involves verifying your identity, employment history, nationality, and criminal record to meet government security standards. In addition, you will need to obtain formal Security Clearance (such as CTC or SC), which includes more detailed background checks on employment, criminal record, and financial history to ensure suitability for working in secure environments. Please note that UK residency requirements may apply for certain levels of clearance. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire so we can identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
