Qualifications

• BS or MS Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical preferred)
• Ten or more years’ experience in engineering/manufacturing support
• Experience in chemical/coatings/resin plants and Process Safety Management
• Proven process improvement skills (A3, root cause analysis, PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma); certifications preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong technical writing skills for SOPs and training documents
• Experience in project management at large and medium scales

• Lead Change Management (MOC) systems and participate in regional multi-site projects.
• Develop and oversee maintenance and engineering budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
