Job summary

UKAEA Culham invites applications for an Engineering Analysis Group Lead. You will lead the Engineering Analysis Group, provide specialist CAE expertise, and drive design substantiation across projects with rigorous performance requirements.

You will set standards, manage the team, and foster strategic relationships with senior managers for timely support. Essential qualifications include a relevant engineering degree and Chartered Engineer status.

Qualifications

• Essential: A relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Chartered Engineer Status or NAFEMS PSE Certification at Advanced level.
• Experience in direct line management and development of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical reference for CAE tooling; define and implement processes and standards from concept to detailed design.
• Lead analysis and qualification activities for projects; ensure designs are qualified.
• Manage workload and development of group staff; build strategic client relationships.
