Job summary

Secondmind is seeking a Product Manager to bridge engineering needs with our AI-driven engineering software. You will set the product strategy, build a clear backlog, and guide multiple teams to translate complex capabilities into practical tools for engineers designing and calibrating systems.

You will engage with customers to shape products, align the roadmap with business goals, and collaborate with Product and UX to ensure cohesive strategy across product lines in industries like automotive.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Product Manager/Product Owner in a technical or B2B software environment.
• Strong customer focus — translating user needs into product requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools (JIRA).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales & marketing.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Willing to share ownership of a wider product portfolio with another Product Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and shape product strategy based on customer needs, market opportunities and business goals.
• Champion a product-led culture and communicate the product vision across the org and with external stakeholders.
• Discovery and prioritization of product requirements with UX to define priorities.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap; own backlog items and delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, AI, UX, BD, and Operations.
• Align priorities across product lines with other Product Manager and UX teams.
• Conduct market research to inform decisions and monitor competitive landscape.
• Establish and track key product metrics for continuous improvement.
