Engineering Admin: BoM Data & R&D Support

Job summary

Expleo UK LTD in the West Midlands is recruiting an Administrator on a contract basis to support Engineering Services in R&D and other stakeholders, helping vehicle development within cost, quality and timing targets.

The role entails data entry into BoM systems across programmes, updating MRD and Target CMM dates to drive the Engineering Time Release Schedule, plus general office duties and responding to information requests.

Qualifications

• Proficient at using a computer.
• Basic Microsoft Office package experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to concentrate & focus on a task for extended periods.
• Able to accurately follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform the data entry into the BoM system to support various vehicle development programmes and stages.
• Data input in multiple BoMs from initial file set-up through all prototype build phases to production.
• Updating the MRD (material required date) and Target CMM date to drive the ETRS schedule to support timing requirements.
• General office duties including archiving R&D documentation, maintaining registers, fulfilment of ad hoc engineering information requests.
