Job summary

Vickerstock in Ballygawley, Northern Ireland, is partnering with a global engineering and manufacturing organisation to recruit an Engineering Administrator. You will join a busy engineering environment, providing administrative support across engineering, maintenance and production activities.

Daily duties include maintaining accurate records, updating work orders, processing purchase orders and invoices, and coordinating documentation for projects.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Previous experience working with engineering or maintenance systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the engineering and maintenance teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to join a busy engineering environment, providing administrative support across engineering, maintenance and production activities.

The Role

As Engineering Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the engineering function, helping to ensure information, documentation and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.
