Job summary

Speedy Hire PLC in Tamworth is seeking an Engineer - Safety to provide overall responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of survey equipment inspection and maintenance to minimise the incidence and cost of breakdowns at customer sites, working Monday to Friday between 07:30-16:30.

You will liaise with the depot manager and colleagues to ensure comprehensive safety checks and repairs are carried out on all returned equipment, completing all necessary documentation before rehire, with

• Technical or engineering background required.
• Full driving licence preferred.

Liaising with the depot manager and colleagues, you will ensure comprehensive safety checks and repairs are carried out on all returned equipment ready for rehire and completing all necessary documentation.

What you'll need:

• Good knowledge of survey, safety or communications equipment/products
• Technical or engineering background
• Full driving licence is preferred
