A leading energy company in the United Kingdom is looking for an Engineering professional to identify and resolve plant issues while acting as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments. The role requires a B.S. Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with varying experience levels, from entry-level to senior positions in nuclear design and operations. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving and communication skills and be ready to support critical plant operations and maintenance strategies.
Identifies and resolves plant issues and acts as a liaison between the engineering team and other station departments. Maintains configuration control for the plant.
Education: B.S. Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or other engineering degree generally associated with power plant operations in the field of civil and structural design, or equivalent work experience.
Desired: SRO license or certification on a PWR or BWR; Professional Engineering license.
