Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Fire Engineer to deliver high-quality work and outstanding customer service across Belfast and Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with fire alarm systems.
• FIA training (or equivalent desirable).
• Good IT skills.
• Solid understanding of workplace Health & Safety regulations.
• Ability to lift equipment and work at height.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Service fire devices safely and responsibly.
• Manage territory and time effectively, prioritising jobs to ensure efficient completion.
• Work collaboratively with your team.
• Work to tight deadlines.
• Service, maintain, and install fire alarm systems.
• Complete accurate engineer service reports.
• Identify and report system deficiencies or deviations.
• Maintain a strong Health & Safety focus, reporting risks promptly.
• Aim to achieve a first-time fix wherever possible.

What You Will Do:
