Job summary

MCS Group is recruiting an experienced Senior Engineer to lead maintenance and engineering activities across multiple sites in Belfast. Reporting to the Divisional Engineering Manager, you will drive equipment reliability, deliver capital projects and support continuous improvement and ESG initiatives.

You will develop engineering standards, manage contractors and key stakeholders, monitor KPIs and ensure H&S compliance while delivering ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and controls knowledge.
• Proven project delivery and continuous improvement experience.
• Leadership and communication skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance and improve equipment performance across multiple sites.
