Job summary

STS Aviation Group is hiring Engine Mechanics and Approved Technicians in Stansted, Essex. This full-time role involves maintenance tasks in a busy workshop environment, requiring previous company approval for specific engine types.

The position offers competitive pay, including a salary of up to £54,364.43 per annum and additional shift premiums. Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience post-apprenticeship and be team players.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience post-apprenticeship in a busy engine shop.
• Experience with engine types: CFM56, LEAP, V2500, RB211, CF6, CF34, PW4000, PW1000G, Trent 700.
• Must hold previous company approval for at least one engine type.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair workscopes in the workshop.
• Support turnaround of engine shop inputs.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Conduct work according to relevant manuals and regulations.
