Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Daventry, Northamptonshire, is hiring Manufacturing Operators to join our assembly team on a 37.5-hour week. The role is a temporary contract for up to 24 months with potential to become permanent based on performance.

You will assemble high horsepower engines, work to takt times, maintain quality and safety standards, and collaborate with your shift and support staff to meet production goals. On-site with a rotating shift pattern.

• Adhering to HSE standards and reporting hazards to maintain a safe environment.
• Keeping the work area clean and performing routine maintenance for smooth operations.
