Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Daventry, Northamptonshire, is hiring Manufacturing Operators to join our assembly team on a 37.5-hour week. The role is a temporary contract for up to 24 months with potential to become permanent based on performance.

You will assemble high horsepower engines, work to takt times, maintain quality and safety standards, and collaborate with your shift and support staff to meet production goals. On-site with a rotating shift pattern.

Job description

We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Operators to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Assembly in Daventry, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom .

Working 37.5 hours per week on a weekly rotating shift pattern of:

• Mornings: Monday to Friday 6.30am – 2.30pm

• Afternoons: Monday to Thursday 3.00pm – 11.00pm, Friday 3.00pm – 10.30pm.

This role is a temporary contract for up to 24-months with the potential to become permanent dependent on performance and business needs.

• Maintaining both quality and safety standards.
