Vision for Education are looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in our client schools across Skegness and the surrounding areas. Opportunities exist for both full-time and part-time work from September 2026 to suit your availability and career goals.

Qualifications

• Have experience working with children or young people, or possess transferable skills from a relevant background.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be passionate about supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development.
• Be adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic, with the flexibility to work across a range of primary, secondary and SEND schools.
• Hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check and be registered to the Update Service.
• Have a commitment, drive and enthusiasm to support the highest possible standard of teaching and learning.
• Be a dedicated and committed member of our supply team.
