Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learners across Louth, Lincolnshire. We offer a variety of full-time and part-time supply roles from September 2026 in schools including primary, secondary and SEND settings.

Ideal candidates will have experience with children or transferable skills, strong communication, and a commitment to safeguarding. DBS update service registration is preferred, and successful applicants join our supportive supply team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or transferable skills from related backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for supporting children’s learning, wellbeing and development.
• Adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic with flexibility across primary, secondary and SEND settings.
• Be prepared to undergo Enhanced DBS and be registered with the Update Service.

Responsibilities

• Support children in learning and wellbeing within classrooms.
• Collaborate with experienced teaching staff to deliver activities.
• Work across a range of schools in Louth and surrounding areas.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain safeguarding and compliance with safeguarding updates.
