Qualifications

• Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons within your subject area.
• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment.
• Adapt teaching to meet individual pupil needs and plan/assess accordingly.
• Provide effective classroom cover for short-term assignments.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, teachers and school teams.
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
