Milk Education is recruiting for a Cover Supervisor in North Manchester to support a secondary school. You will supervise classes across various year groups, deliver pre-set work, and help maintain engagement within a supportive, fast-paced secondary environment.

The role focuses on building positive relationships with pupils, following school policies, and adapting to different classrooms to support student progress and behaviour management.

Qualifications

• Recent experience working with children or young people.
• Experience within education, youth work, sports coaching or mentoring is advantageous.
• Strong communication and behaviour-management skills.
• Confident working independently and adapting to different classroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervising classes across a range of secondary year groups.
