Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a committed Science Teacher to work in secondary schools across Redcar on a full-time basis, starting from November. The role involves delivering pre-planned lessons to KS3 and KS4, and supporting pupils with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Science at secondary level.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach Science to mixed-ability classes across KS3 and KS4.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Create a positive and purposeful learning environment.
• Assess progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students with additional needs (SEN) and collaborate with staff.
