Dovetail and Slate in Yorkshire is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer for a permanent role to inspire students and deliver both workshop-based learning and classroom theory across mechanical engineering programmes.

The successful candidate will plan and deliver high-quality teaching, support learner progress, and contribute to curriculum development. Applications are welcome from experienced engineers transitioning to teaching, with support to gain a recognised teaching qualification.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline
• Industry experience within a mechanical engineering environment
• A passion for teaching and developing learners
• A recognised teaching qualification

• Planning and delivering high-quality teaching across mechanical engineering programmes.
• Facilitating both hands-on workshop sessions and classroom-based theoretical learning.
