Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistants to support Nursery and Reception classes for primary schools across Manchester and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in EYFS or primary settings.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development.

• Reliable and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Support children across Nursery and Reception.
• Assist with play-based learning and classroom activities.
• Support early phonics, communication and numeracy development.
• Help children develop social skills and independence.
• Support transitions and daily routines.
• Create a safe, positive and engaging learning environment.
• Work closely with the class teacher and EYFS team.
