Job summary

Buttershaw Business and Enterprise College Academy is seeking a Cover Supervisor to provide high-quality learning during short-term absences. You will support students aged 11-16 and work closely with staff to maintain consistent teaching standards.

The successful candidate will have a degree and GCSEs in Maths and English at level 4 or above, and must demonstrate the ability to manage small groups or whole classes while promoting equal opportunities and an inclusive ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children aged 11-16.
• Maths and English at level 4 GCSE or above (or equivalent) and a degree.
• Experience of working effectively with small groups of students or covering whole classes.
• The ability to work as part of a wider team.
• The ability to motivate and enthuse students through a commitment to equal opportunities.
