Job summary

Porthaven Care Homes is seeking a creative and compassionate Activities and Wellbeing Coordinator to design and deliver a vibrant calendar of activities and wellbeing initiatives tailored to residents' individual needs and preferences.

You will work closely with residents, families, and team members to inspire participation, design personalised plans, and champion holistic wellbeing through tailored leisure offerings within the home.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering activities for adults in care or community settings.
• Ability to tailor programmes to individual resident needs.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.
• DBS check and safeguarding awareness may be required.

Responsibilities

• Organising, Coordinating and delivering a diverse programme of person centred activities and wellness events
• Encouraging resident participation in meaningful and stimulating experiences
• Designing personalised activity plans that reflect individual interests and abilities
• Championing holistic wellbeing through tailored leisure and lifestyle offerings within our home.
