Job summary

Lotus Academy, part of Nexus Multi Academy Trust, is seeking an Engagement Support Worker to support learners with special needs and complex SEMH needs. You will help develop personal and social skills, re-engage pupils, and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.

The role requires empathy, flexibility, and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff across the academy and wider trust network.

Qualifications

• Experience with special needs education.
• Ability to support learning and development for pupils with complex needs.
• Ability to build trusting relationships and work as part of a team.
