Job summary

Lotus Academy, part of Nexus Multi Academy Trust, invites applications for an Intervention Lead. The post supports learners with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, coordinating targeted interventions and timetabling staff to progress pupil outcomes.

You will work with a small team, build trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues, and contribute to a nurturing, aspirational culture that drives improvement within our new academy.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
• Ability to lead targeted interventions and co-ordinate a small team.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to timetable staff and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate targeted interventions for pupils as part of the Graduated Response.
• Lead the intervention team and manage timetabling of staff.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff to support progress.
