Job summary

The Labour Party is looking to recruit an Engagement Officer reporting to the Income Generation Manager. The post-holder will create and maintain effective online journeys designed to inspire members and supporters to campaign, donate, volunteer, or engage.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of Labour Party aims, experience with political digital communications, ability to optimise online journeys, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience of working with political or campaign focused digital communications.
• Experience of successfully building, analysing and optimising online journeys.

Job description

Salary: £42,203.35 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,195. There will also be an additional £3,760 London Weighting allowance if the role is based in London.

Location: Head Office - Newcastle, Head Office - London or Remote

Duration: Permanent

The Labour Party’s standard working arrangement is that all employees based in headquarters in London/Newcastle attend their contracted office four days per week, Monday to Thursday. Home working is only authorised on Fridays.
