Job summary

Listen Labs is seeking a driven Customer Success professional to own the post-sale journey from onboarding to growth in our European presence. You will be the main daily contact for key accounts, collaborating with sales to spot expansion opportunities and guiding customers to maximize value.

You will work in a fast-paced AI company, building processes, collecting feedback for product and roadmap, and developing scalable customer success playbooks across the London team.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of professional experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work in the office 5 days per week.
