Job summary

Edenred PayTech is seeking a Comms & Engagement Partner to lead internal communications strategy and engagement across our rapidly growing fintech division. You will develop plans, produce engaging content, and collaborate with colleagues in the UK, Europe, and Mexico to ensure brand consistency.

You will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and drive cross-functional projects that keep staff informed and aligned with our mission and priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications and engagement.
• Ability to develop plans and deliver content.
• Collaborative work across UK, Europe, and Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications strategy and engagement with internal audience.
• Provide guidance to colleagues on key messages and delivering effective internal communications.
• Draft messages with managers for presentation to internal audiences in written or spoken form.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate a broad range of internal communications activities and projects to maximise engagement.
• Manage the production and distribution of internal communications to engage and inform different internal audiences, using appropriate channels.
• Create, manage and share an internal communications calendar for cross-team coordination.
• Produce and distribute PayTech newsletter to internal audience, sourcing relevant information.
