Job summary

Edenred PayTech, a global leader in payments, seeks a Comms & Engagement Partner to shape and deliver internal communications across UK and Europe. You will craft compelling content, guide managers, and drive engagement across offices in Swindon and London with a hybrid arrangement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver newsletters, and support visual storytelling through photography and video. Strong copywriting and stakeholder skills required.

Qualifications

• Degree or CIPR/CIM, or equivalent in communications/PR/marketing.
• Proven track record in delivering internal communications strategies and engaging content.
• Experience crafting messages for multiple audiences and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications strategy and plans.
• Create messages and scripts for managers and staff.
• Plan, execute and evaluate internal communications activities to maximise engagement.
