Package:We offer competitive remuneration, 25 days holiday, life assurance, private medical insurance, and a range of employee benefits!

Location:This is a hybrid role with occasional office presence in our Amesbury and London offices.

What you`ll get up to as our Engagement & Inclusion Partner
  • Lead and support the delivery of our engagement agenda, helping to strengthen colleague experience and build a culture where people feel connected, informed and valued.
  • Own the mechanics of engagement surveys, including planning, timelines, stakeholder coordination, communications and smooth end-to-end delivery.
  • Support leaders and teams to understand survey findings and translate insight into clear, practical and measurable actions that improve the colleague experience.
  • Track action planning activity and progress, helping to ensure colleague feedback leads to visible change and sustained follow-through.
  • Strengthen colleague voice by creating meaningful opportunities for colleagues to share feedback, ideas and experiences through formal and informal listening channels.
  • Support the development and ongoing success of colleague communities, networks and forums that build connection, belonging and representation across the business.
  • Help shape and deliver inclusion priorities and initiatives, embedding inclusive thinking into everyday people practices and colleague experience.
  • Lead and coordinate wellbeing initiatives and campaigns that support colleague health, wellbeing and resilience in practical and meaningful ways.
  • Manage and support internal awards and recognition activity, external award submissions, and external benchmarks that celebrate progress, showcase our culture and strengthen our employer brand
  • Use engagement, inclusion and wellbeing data to identify themes, monitor progress and provide insight-led recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Create clear, engaging communications and materials to support campaigns, reporting and stakeholder updates.
  • Partner effectively with HR colleagues, leaders and teams across the business to support delivery of key People priorities.
  • Ensure all activity is aligned to the wider People strategy, organisational priorities and relevant policies and standards.
What we look for in you
  • Strong knowledge of employee engagement, inclusion, colleague voice and wellbeing, with a clear understanding of how these shape culture, performance and colleague experience.
  • Skilled in managing survey processes and action planning cycles with strong organisation, attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and credibility to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Clear and thoughtful communication, both written and verbal that has impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data and feedback into practical action.
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to encourage participation, build commitment and support progress.
  • Collaborative and relationship-focused approach, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across teams, functions and entities
  • Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine commitment to inclusion, respect and creating a positive and meaningful colleague experience.
  • Proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused, with the ability to balance empathy with delivery.
  • Background in employee engagement, inclusion, employee experience, organisational development, HR or a related People role.
  • Hands-on delivery of managing engagement surveys, listening activity and action planning.
  • Involvement in initiatives focused on colleague voice, wellbeing, inclusion, recognition or internal communities.
  • Confidence using data, feedback and insight to identify themes, inform decisions and track progress.
  • Track record of working with stakeholders across functions and levels to deliver People priorities.
  • Delivery of programmes, campaigns or projects from planning through to implementation and review.
  • Exposure to award submissions, recognition activity or external benchmarking is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of current thinking and good practice in engagement, inclusion and wellbeing would be advantageous.
