AND Consulting (part of the AND Digital family) connects clients to our transformational consulting expertise, helping them solve their most complex, ambiguous and strategic problems in new, inspiring and innovative ways. We collaborate with our clients to build remarkable digital products, together.

What you'll bring to the table as Engagement Lead:

The Engagement Lead will play a strategic role, working between Consulting and our AND Clubs to build deeper relationships within our core strategic accounts - to identify and open up new opportunities and new relationships, to grow new and existing accounts, to embed our offering and to establish a strong lasting partnership between AND Digital, our clients and our partners.

This role is a key external and internal role, building a pipeline of opportunities and developing relationships across Client and AND businesses.

As a result, you will have proven capabilities in:

  • Consultancy: Strong experience working in digital or tech environments (e.g. web/app development house, consulting, Cloud services etc.)
  • Portfolio Management: Overseeing delivery and mitigating delivery risk across a portfolio of programmes in enterprise and scaled client environments.
  • Commercial Acumen: Establishing deeper client partnerships by creating, closing, and mobilising new opportunities to scale, all the while aligning to people and commercial performance metrics.
  • Value Creation: Ensuring the delivery of measurable value to the client. Shaping and selling complex and effective propositions, which exceed client expectations and challenge the status quo.

It would also be a requirement to have experience of working within the Salesforce consulting space:

  • Leadership and experience within strategic Salesforce projects.
  • Knowledge and experience of platform / applications operations and delivery.
