WSP is seeking an enthusiastic Engagement Consultant to join our UK Engagement team on a portfolio of major infrastructure and development projects. You will help communities and stakeholders understand projects and contribute to meaningful engagement.

Reporting to the Regional Engagement Team Lead, you will deliver stakeholder engagement, public consultation and communications programmes across the UK and internationally, with hybrid working arrangements and a focus on professional development.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified or equivalent experience within communications or engagement.
• Excellent written communication with ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience producing newsletters, websites, fact sheets or stakeholder updates.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative and able to work independently or in a team.
• Demonstrated experience in communications, engagement or stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Create clear, engaging, accessible communications for communities to understand projects.
• Support the delivery of public consultations and stakeholder engagement programmes.
• Organise events, exhibitions, workshops, webinars and surveys.
• Analyse consultation feedback and present findings with recommendations.
• Develop engagement materials such as websites, brochures, posters and maps.
• Provide communications support to UK and international projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver activities on time and within budget.
• Contribute to engagement strategies, plans and reporting.
