The Engagement and Outreach Learning Officer supports the growth and visibility of the Business by Design (BBD) Academy through face-to-face and online programmes. This role involves building relationships with educational institutions and community groups, developing engagement strategies, and delivering outreach activities to inspire young people. The officer will collaborate with the Head of Academy and teams to support marketing, events, and programme development aligned with growth goals.
